Paneh five years' goals (2019-2024)

1) Expansion of Paneh furniture sales network to all cities & urban areas in the country with more than one hundred thousand populations and reach the minimum yearly 20% increase in the volume of sale.

2) Start practical steps to contact with businessmen, active export companies, distributors and foreign sellers of furniture to introduce, marketing & direct or indirect sale of Paneh furniture products in overseas countries with special emphasis on neighborhood countries in which at least 5% of our yearly sale goes for export.

3) Continue and complete improvement in our infrastructures, management system and targeted expansion of manufacturing lines and our sales network with the aim of strengthening our production capacities & capabilities and marketing activities of this Iranian brand within the country as well as overseas markets and create a sharp differentiation from our rivals.

4) Attention to retraining ourlaborers, employees & supervisors to improve their skills & productivity at work and create interest in them to strongly move in the line of Paneh goals & its defined long term vision and to recruit and keep truthful, creative, responsible and loyal staff as the most important assets of the company.

5) Negotiate with foreign companies whom are interested to have a joint venture contract with us in Iran or want us to manufacture under their license and in return share in our local & regional profitable markets. We plan to fortify our production and bring variety of designs and further improve our quality products by transferring new techniques and technologies from our partners (in carpentry, painting & upholstery) to enable us to deliver much better products and services to our customers compare to our rivals within domestic and foreign markets.
