Technical specifications: In the manufacturing of this product, dried imported grade one beech wood is used. Received woods dried again in our wood drying kilns at Paneh furniture to ensure their moisture content consistency on both surface & inner part as well as adding to their dimensional stability. Table legs are connected to the main frame by bolt & nut and are removable by end user during relocation.
Carving of this product is made with finely tuned rotary CNC wood carving machines with high precision and refined by the hand of craftsmen at Paneh furniture to remove any remaining minor troubles on forms & shapes, edges or surfaces of the work.
The top and the edges of the table is cut by a 3-axis CNC machine with a precision of one-tenth of mm. They are covered with imported grade one beech wood veneer which is cut and reattached in sunburst match by the hand of craftsmen at Paneh furniture.
Painting of this product is carrying out under Paneh standards at Paneh woodshop. Special high quality imported paint is using for finishing this product which has a longer process than normal finishing.
This product will be finally checked by QC and then wrap by special strong bubble plastic, seal and then pack in corrugated box and dispatch to you by courier or other available transport services.
